Hér eru nokkur orð yfir drykki á íslensku.

ávaxtasafi (m.) - fruit juice
bjór (m.) - beer
gos (n.) - soft drink
kaffi (n.) - coffee
kók (n.) - Coke, cola
mjólk (f.) - milk
  léttmjólk (f.) - skim milk
te (n.) - tea
vatn (n.) - water

  hvítvín (n.) - white wine
  rauðvín (n.) - red wine

Where I live, 'Coke' refers solely to Coca-Cola. We call all soft drinks (including all kinds of cola, like Pepsi) 'pop,' but in some places 'Coke' is used generically for
all soft drinks. How do 'kók' and 'gos' work in Icelandic?

[ From Guðrún Helga: Kók (Coke) refers just to Coca-Cola. Gos refers to all soft drinks (including kók). ]
